Our presentations range from responsible alcohol usage to sexual assault. We can also tailor presentations to meet the interest of your class or organization and can combine any topics together. If you have a suggestion related to student wellness, alcohol use or violence, we are pleased and prepared to create a presentation that suits your needs. Presentations are just the beginning! Presentation Description
Alcohol The presenter will go over some of the main myths and facts to help students know safer ways to party, explain how to avoid and handle alcohol poisoning, explain some of the alcohol related laws, go over some basic alcohol knowledge and provide resources.
Sexual Assault The presenter will debunk myths, define the different forms of sexual assault, look at statistics, explain consent, explain bystander intervention and provide resources.
Alcohol & Sexual Assault The presenter will go over some of the main myths and facts to help students know safer ways to party, and explain how to avoid and handle alcohol poisoning. The second portion of the presentation will cover the different forms of sexual assault, discuss bystander intervention, consent, and provide resources.
Healthy Relationships & Sexuality The presenter will show the different between a healthy relationship and an unhealthy/abusive relationship. They will also explain traits that a healthy relationship needs, especially focusing on communication. They will also briefly talk about the fluidity of sexuality and provide resources.
Suicide Awareness Centered around the question, “Should we talk about suicide?” presenters will explain the reasons its vital to talk about suicide, debunking the myths and giving students a way in which they can accurately speak to someone who is suicidal.
Stalking The presenter will define stalking, explain the impact on victims, discuss laws surrounding the issue, give preventative tips and provide resources.  
Smoking/Tobacco/Ecigs Discussion of the different types of tobacco and e-cigarette products currently on the market and the implications on overall health status.
Stress Reduction The presenter will lead students through various stress reducing activities as well as giving them tips and resources.
Healthy Aggie 101/Overall Healthy U A general overview on how to develop healthy habits during collegiate years and beyond; focuses on the areas of nutrition, sleep, sexual health, exercise, relationships, mental health, and alcohol use.
Sexually Transmitted Infections/Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STIs & STDs) Overview of sexually transmitted infections (STI’s) including descriptions on the most prevalent STI’s in college health, how they are contracted, and how/if they can be treated and/or prevented.
STIs & Alcohol Overview of sexually transmitted infections (STI’s) including descriptions on the most prevalent STI’s in college health, how they are contracted, and how/if they can be treated and/or prevented.  This presentation also includes an excerpt on alcohol use as it relates to increasing one’s risk for contracting an STI.
Physical Fitness This interactive presentation explains why exercise is important, discusses what the weekly recommendations are, explains health detriments resulting from inactivity, and provides tips examples on how to incorporate exercise into a daily routine.
Nutrition This presentation provides resources as to how to identify what a healthy diet consists of, explains the benefits of good nutrition, and provides tips and tricks as to how to establish a healthy eating routine.
Women’s Sexual Health This presentation focuses on what’s normal and what’s not when it comes to women’s bodies and overall sexual health; also discussed is how women can be more in tune with taking care of their bodies.
Men’s Sexual Health This presentation focuses on what’s normal and what’s not when it comes to men’s bodies and overall sexual health; also discussed is how men can be more in tune with taking care of their bodies.
Contraception This presentation is geared towards any group looking to learn about the different methods of contraception (or birth control) available today and how to go about identifying which method is right for different individuals.
Sexual Health, Piercings, & Tattoos All about piercings and tattoos as it relates to sexual health and skin safety.
